Description
A good pair of shoes doesn't stay good on its own. Montcleaf Shine Kit is everything you need to keep them looking as they did on the first morning — and nothing you don't.
Inside a compact zip case: two horsehair brushes, one broad for buffing and one shaped for working polish into the seams and welt. Two tins of black wax polish. A soft polishing cloth with a fine nap. And a steel shoehorn, because pushing your heel in with a finger is how a shoe loses its shape.
Ten minutes on a Sunday evening is all it takes. The case is small enough to live in a drawer or go in a weekend bag, and the whole thing is designed to outlast several pairs of shoes.

Case: Leather-look zip case, 23 × 17.5 × 6 cm
Brushes: 2 × horsehair (14 cm rectangular, 15 cm curved handle)
Polish: 2 × black wax, 7.3 cm tins

Everything begins with the material. We work in leather and suede, selected for how they behave over time rather than how they photograph on day one — leathers with enough body to hold a shape, suedes with a close, even nap that stays soft where the foot flexes.
The construction follows: a last shaped for a real working week, a lining that breaks in with your foot, and a sole with the grip a wet British pavement asks for.
Look after them and they'll look after you. Leather wants a polish every few weeks, suede a soft brush and a protector. Both want shoe trees between wears.
