Delivery Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Every Montcleaf order is checked by hand before it leaves us. We'd rather take an extra day and get it right than rush a pair out of the door.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not offer delivery outside the UK at this time.

Delivery times

Montcleaf footwear is shipped from our international fulfilment partners and inspected before dispatch.

Free UK Delivery, fully tracked — included on every order

  • Dispatch: 1–3 working days
  • Delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch
  • Total: typically 4–10 working days from order

Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to external logistics factors or exceptional circumstances.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

Duties and taxes — nothing to pay on delivery

All Montcleaf orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any import duties and taxes are paid by us before your parcel arrives.

You will never be asked to pay a customs charge, handling fee or import tax when your order is delivered. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order has passed our final inspection and been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door. Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to update in the carrier's system after dispatch.

If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, email us at supportmontcleaf@gmail.com and we'll help.

Delivery problems

If the carrier attempts delivery and you're not in, they'll leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the nearest depot.

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was not possible for reasons within your control — for example an incorrect address, or the parcel not being collected within the carrier's holding period — we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.

Damaged or lost parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery or noting the damage on the carrier's delivery record at the time. Please contact us straight away with photographs of the damage.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Once the loss is confirmed, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
